Alara is the owner and clinical director of Hedebring Psychological Services.

Alara works with children, youth, and adults who are looking to understand their unique strengths and challenges through psychological assessment; be it Giftedness, Learning Disorders, ADHD, Autism, or something else. Her reports provide recommendations for skill-building strategies and links to community resources. Demystifying mental health support and fighting the stigma surrounding mental illness are always her goals!
